These terms apply to everyone who browses or buys from CoffeeRoma. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you check out.

1. About us

CoffeeRoma sells coffee equipment and accessories in Bangladesh — frothers, presses, double-wall glassware, brewing kits and related products. Our address is House:426 (Ground Floor) Road:30 Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

2. Placing an order

• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is only confirmed once we accept your order.
• After you place an order we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the items and delivery address. Please use a number that can receive calls.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or description was published in error, or the delivery address is outside the areas we serve.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where it applies.
• Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges, areas and timelines are set out in our Shipping & Return policy. In short: Tk 70 inside Dhaka city and Tk 150 outside Dhaka, with the exact amount shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is handed to the courier — just call or message us. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still refuse it at the door or return it under our Return & Refund policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are covered by our Return & Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration: colours can look different between screens, and packaging is occasionally updated by the manufacturer. Minor differences of this kind are not treated as a fault.

8. Using this website

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other customers' data, or copy our content for commercial use. All text, photographs and branding on this site belong to CoffeeRoma unless stated otherwise.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through it. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for misuse of a product against the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing here limits any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall to the courts of Dhaka.
