We deliver across Bangladesh. Here is what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Delivery charges

• Inside Dhaka city: Tk 70
• Outside Dhaka: Tk 150

The charge for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm, and is added to your total. When a free-delivery offer is running, the qualifying amount is shown on the checkout page and the charge is removed automatically.

Order processing

Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp first, then packed. Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

• Inside Dhaka: usually 1–3 working days after confirmation.
• Outside Dhaka: usually 3–5 working days, depending on your courier's coverage in your area.

These are the timelines we aim for. Weather, strikes and courier backlogs during festival periods can add a day or two, and we will tell you if we expect a delay.

Payment on delivery

Orders are Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

Checking your parcel

Open and check the parcel while the delivery person is present. If an item is damaged, missing or wrong, refuse the parcel or contact us the same day.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched we can share the courier's tracking details. Message us with your order number any time and we will tell you where it is.

If delivery fails

Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once. If they cannot reach you by phone, or nobody is available at the address, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange another attempt.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. A wrong address is the most common cause of a failed delivery, and a redelivery may need a further delivery charge.

Returns

Returns are covered by our Return & Refund policy: 7 days from delivery, for unused items in their original packaging. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover the return cost.
