This policy explains what CoffeeRoma collects when you use our website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone number, delivery address, and email address if you give one, together with what you ordered.
• Account details — if you register, your login email and password (stored encrypted, never in readable form).
• Messages — anything you send us by contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you reached the site.

We do not collect card or bank details, because orders are paid Cash on Delivery.

Why we use it

• To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order.
• To contact you about an order, including delivery updates.
• To handle returns, refunds and complaints.
• To improve the website and understand which products interest customers.
• To meet our record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep your cart and session working, and these third-party tools:

• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised usage so we can see where pages are confusing. Typed input is masked.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures which adverts lead to orders and lets us show relevant adverts.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but your cart may not be remembered between visits.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary, with:

• Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
• Our hosting provider — which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
• Analytics and advertising providers named above.
• Authorities — where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data expires according to each provider's own retention period.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your account, or stop marketing messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
